Key Responsibilities:

• ．Prepare financial and management reports, which may include planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as other related duties.

• ．To perform in depth investment analysis, market research, deal structuring, evaluate proposed deal terms, risk assessments on investment opportunities.

• ．Responsible for overall management of financing, including formulating and executing financing plans, managing the risks and credit, prepare all the documents required for financing.  

• ．Maintain good relationships with banks, researching and expanding financing channels.

• ．Handle any ad hoc assignments as needed.

Requirement:

• ．Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or relevant disciplines

• ．Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience with at least 3 years in supervisory level, especially in Telecom industry is an advantage

• ．Qualified member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent;

• ．Work experience in China enterprise is preferred

• ．Mature, responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated and independent

• ．Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

．Integrate various types of resources in different regions (overseas IDC, IPT, IEPL, high-bandwidth DIA, etc.), provide effective solutions, timely support resource requirements in major projects, and meet project requirements.

．Cost management, control the procurement cost of new resources, and negotiate fee reductions for existing business.

．Handle the procurement of equipment, systems, and other hardware and software resources required for integrated projects.

Requirement:

．Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, electronics, or related fields.

．Over 3 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry is a MUST.

．Familiar with telecommunications operator products and prices such as overseas IDC, IPT, IEPL, and high-bandwidth DIA.

．Have good relationships with relevant industry suppliers.

．Outgoing personality, good communication and coordination skills, strong business negotiation skills.

．Ability to integrate resources and provide solutions.

．Fluent in spoken English and Chinese
