Our customer is a service provider that offers quality inspection services to clients in the global manufacturing industry. They have over 1000 employees located in laboratories across the United States and in other Asian cities. Unfortunately, the company's current IT system, which was developed and is managed by its in-house IT team, has experienced several instances of system failures that have caused significant financial losses.
CypressTel’s solutions
To address these issues, CypressTel customized a solution based on the customer's requirements and current situation. The solution unfolded in three steps based on business priorities:
1. The customer's existing IT system was deployed to Google Cloud, with CypressTel providing managed services. This move to the cloud addressed the frequent system crashes caused by outdated infrastructure, greatly improving the stability and scalability of the IT system. Leveraging data backup mechanisms on Google Cloud significantly enhanced data security. Additionally, CypressTel's SD-WAN network greatly improved communication quality between the company's headquarters, branches, and laboratories worldwide.
2. A unified digital platform was established, integrated with multiple public platforms (such as WeChat, LinkedIn, and Instagram) through APIs. This platform facilitated unified scheduling, message distribution, and response tracking, combining the functionalities of customer service and ticketing systems. Externally, it enhanced user experience, increased customer loyalty, and created new business opportunities. Internally, it standardized internal workflow processes.
3. An intelligent analytics platform was established. Enterprise A had accumulated a large amount of data during the process of testing toys, clothing, food, pharmaceuticals, and other substances. We recommended the customer utilize an intelligent analytics platform to mine and analyze the data accurately. This enabled precision marketing using big data, efficiently discovering new customers and retaining existing ones. It also provided industry-specific guidance for business decision-making, such as guiding manufacturing industry users to select new materials or improve old manufacturing processes, thereby expanding new sources of business revenue and problem-solving possibilities.
